The YRH800 mine-used intrinsically safe infrared thermal imager (hereinafter referred to as the thermal imager) is used for thermal imaging and temperature measurement in coal mines. The thermal imager employs a non-cooled focal plane infrared detector, presenting the infrared thermal spectrum of the measured object in a high-definition, high-sensitivity pseudo-color image format. It can perform multi-point temperature measurement. The images, videos, and voices can be stored on a Micro SD card for in-depth analysis and statistics by a computer.

The thermal imager is suitable for all workers, including professional technicians, operators, and managers. It is used for thermal imaging and temperature testing in environments with explosion hazards, enabling the detection of high-temperature areas, real-time temperature difference imaging, and is applicable for finding coal seam spontaneous combustion areas in ventilation work areas and for rescue teams to search for trapped personnel in dark conditions.

The alarm point can be set arbitrarily within the measurement range. The difference between the alarm display value and the set value should not exceed ±1.0ºC. When the temperature exceeds the alarm point, the thermal imager has the function of audible alarm.
