Integrated robot for drainage and demolition
1,Overview
RXR-Q200L flood drainage and demolition integrated robot is powered by a gasoline engine and driven by a hydraulic system. It can be operated by remote wireless control, wired control or on-board control. The flood drainage and demolition integrated robot can be used for flood rescue in urban garages, subway stations, tunnels, culverts, and narrow urban roads. When a city is hit by a flood disaster and underground garages, subways, and tunnels are severely waterlogged, the flood drainage and demolition integrated robot can quickly carry out flood rescue. This product is equipped with functions such as drainage, audio and video reconnaissance, underwater leakage detection, and disaster area environment reconnaissance. The water tanker vehicle that comes with this product can simultaneously wind up two DN200 large-diameter water hoses. The robot’s pump is equipped with large-diameter ports for sewage discharge, water release, and maintenance.
2,Features
Rescue operations for large-scale fires in petroleum and chemical enterprises:
Places prone to collapse, such as tunnels and subways, require entry for firefighting and rescue.
Rescue operations in environments with potential explosive gas or liquid leaks.
Rescue operations in environments with thick smoke or toxic gases.
Firefighting and rescue operations in close proximity, where personnel are at risk of injury.
3,Functions
Multi-functional
Configurable snowplows, sweepers, deicers, snow blowers, ice breakers, suitable for various environmental snow and ice removal needs
2. Low-temperature usage
Use a low-temperature and cold-resistant engine set to meet the environmental requirements of -20℃ operation.
3. High traction
Overall traction force (KN) ≥ 6.6kN
4. High Mobility
The maximum driving speed is greater than or equal to 10 km/h, and the climbing angle is greater than or equal to 30°.
5. High-quality images (optional)
The number of cameras is ≥ 3, and they are equipped with 360° pan-tilt heads. The remote controller can remotely display the 360° images around the robot.
6. Modular expansion system (optional)
Reserved hydraulic output interface, which can be connected externally to expand with tools such as hydraulic circular saws, demolition tools, and hydraulic generators.
