1, Product Overview
The RXR-JM200GD fire demolition and rescue robot uses a diesel engine as its power source and a hydraulic transmission system to drive the hydraulic motor for movement. It can replace humans in special and dangerous rescue sites such as those with toxic substances (pollution), risk of collapse, or high radiation. It can also be remotely controlled for tasks like building demolition, concrete drilling and cutting, tunnel excavation, emergency rescue, slag removal and lining demolition of metallurgical furnaces, maintenance of rotary kilns, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities, thus avoiding casualties.
This product is equipped with functions such as remote control and panoramic display, and also has excellent off – road performance. It features an integrated hydraulic braking device, which can effectively brake the vehicle when parked and prevent the whole machine from rolling.

3, Product Features
★Remote control start:
The buttons on the remote control can be used for remote adjustment, allowing for free control of the driving speed and the water cannon to meet the actual needs of the site.
★Four-wheel drive crawler chassis:
It adopts a four-wheel drive crawler chassis. The crawler walking mechanism is movably connected to the chassis frame, and is equipped with shock absorption and tensioning devices. The walking mechanism is driven by 4 groups of hydraulic motors respectively. It can travel on all terrains, is maneuverable and flexible, can turn in place, and has strong cross-country ability.
★Demolition:
The end of the robotic arm is equipped with a connector that enables quick replacement of other hydraulic demolition tool heads, enabling multi-functional operations. It includes corresponding demolition tools such as a bulldozer blade, a hydraulic hammer, a hydraulic grab, a bucket, and a disc saw.
★Fire extinguishing:
It is equipped with an imported 80 electronic control fire monitor head. The water flow rate is 80L/s, and there are 2 DN80 quick water supply interfaces
At the same time, it is equipped with 1 self-sprinkler head, which can effectively cool down the vehicle body.
★Vehicle lights:
Driving lights: For driving illumination, white light lamps are installed at the front and rear of the vehicle body, with a voltage of 12V;
Water cannon synchronous light: 1 white light lamp fixed integrally with the cannon body is installed;
Warning light: A red flashing light is installed on the vehicle;
Outline marker lights: 2 at the front and 2 at the rear, which display the size of the robot’s outline and serve as a warning to pay attention to the robot.
★Control panel:
There is a control panel on one side of the vehicle body, which can monitor the working status of the engine and conduct fault diagnosis. It can also monitor in real time information such as the temperature inside the vehicle, the ambient temperature outside the vehicle, the elevation and depression angle, and the roll angle.
