I. Product Overview

The CCZ500 dust measurement instrument is a simple-to-operate, lightweight and portable device that can directly read the dust concentration. It is a continuous dust concentration measuring instrument designed based on the light scattering method, absorbing and integrating advanced dust measurement technologies from both domestic and international sources. It uses an infrared laser and imported photomultiplier tubes to convert the scattered light intensity of suspended dust in the dark room under the irradiation of the infrared laser into an electrical signal. By presetting the K value, the mass concentration of dust can be directly calculated, which can be used for environmental monitoring or other measurement and control systems. Its features include: fast and accurate measurement, high sensitivity, stable performance, strong load capacity, and low susceptibility to dust accumulation in the optical path. It can measure various dust mass concentrations by presetting the K value, and at the same time, it can set an alarm threshold for dust concentration exceeding the limit. When the dust concentration exceeds the limit, it will automatically give an audible and visual alarm. The instrument complies with the measurement instruments specified in MT163-1997 “General Technical Conditions for Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measurement Instruments”, JJG846-2015 “Dust Concentration Measurement Instrument Verification Regulations”, GB 20964-2007 “Dust Sampler”, and GB3836.4-2010 standards, including the ExibI Mb level (mine safety intrinsically safe type) explosion-proof design. The dust measurement instrument has 4G transmission function, which can transmit the measured data in real time to the background, facilitating the operation personnel to detect the data. At the same time, the equipment has multiple functions such as timed sampling, continuous detection, data processing, and over-limit alarm.
