Introduction
It is a high-tech sensor developed to meet the requirements of the existing coal mines to monitor the underground dust concentration using the principle of laser scattering. It can monitor and display the underground dust concentration in real-time, on-site, and continuously under natural air currents, and output and spray water spray at the same time. The switch signal realizes the best effect of dust measurement and dust reduction.

Technical characteristics

(1) The rated working current is small, which greatly reduces the burden of the substation power supply, and can be installed at a position farther away from the substation.

In the case of flow, the rated working current of the whole machine is less than or equal to 120mA, and the maximum working current is less than or equal to 180mA;

(2) The input voltage range is wide, and it can be applied to various substations underground in coal mines. The input voltage of the instrument is 12V~24VDC (intrinsically safe power supply).

Can work normally within the range;

(3) High measurement accuracy: The segmented control algorithm is adopted, and different proportional coefficients are automatically calculated according to different concentrations. At the same time, the temperature compensation function is added to improve the measurement accuracy;

(4) It has the function of automatically calibrating the zero point, and can set the time for calibrating the zero point drift;

(5) It has the function of soft start mode, which reduces the impact on the power supply when the instrument is started, and the maximum start current is ≤130mA;

(6) It has the function of online calibration, which can be directly calibrated online with CCGZ-1000 direct-reading dust detector;

(7) The measurement range can be set to 0-500mg/m3 or 0-1000 mg/m3 as required;

(8) It can measure instantaneous dust concentration or average dust concentration, and the measurement time of average dust concentration can be arbitrarily selected within the range of 1~3600 seconds

General:
GCG1000 Aerosol concentration sensor can calculate the relative mass concentration of dust with the aerosol testing technology. Then through the preset parameter values, ​​it can calculate the mass concentration of dust. Finally through the LCD ,it is converted into a frequency signal or a current signal output.

The sensors can display the coal mine dust concentration continually and real time while 200-1000HZ frequency signal output compatible with the coal mine monitoring systems and 4-20mA current signal for mine monitoring system or other systems. Dust concentration through preset threshold warning point of dust concentration, it immediately outputs a warning signal to alert staff to promptly activate the corresponding dust measures when dust concentration reaches the value measured
